Brett, 28, woke up early in the middle of the night to find that he could no longer move his arm. Rushed into an intensive care unit, Brett received MRI and CT scans which showed that he had a hemorrhagic stroke from an unknown cause. He received a referral to Duke Neurology’s Jodi Dodds, MD, who worked with Brett to pinpoint the unusual cause of this stroke and get him the therapy that helped him make a dramatic recovery.
