How to Apply
All positions for the neuromuscular medicine fellowship program for the 2019-20 and 2020-2021 academic years are filled.
We will begin accepting applications for the 2021-2022 academic year in October and continue to accept applications until our positions are filled. To apply, download the Duke Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship application. Send your completed application materials (including your current curriculum vitae and USMLE scores) directly to our program assistant, Christine Berry, at her email below. We also require three letters of recommendation. These letters should be sent directly from the source to Christine Berry, at her email below.
When your application is complete, you will be considered for a personal interview. Our final decisions regarding fellow selection are usually made about 15 months before the start date.
Applicants with visas must demonstrate that their visa will allow completion of the fellowship. The Duke Visa Services Office may serve as an informational resource to address this issue, and can be contacted at www.visaservices.duke.edu.
Please refer questions regarding your application or application process to Christine Berry.
