How to Apply
All positions for the neuromuscular fellowship program for the 2018-2019 academic year are now filled.
We accept applications about 19 months before the fellowship start date and continue to accept applications until our positions are filled. To apply, either download the Duke Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship application or contact us.
To apply, send us a completed application along with an updated copy of your curriculum vitae. We also require two or three recommendation letters. These letters should be sent to the contact address below directly from the source.
Applicants with visas must demonstrate that their visa will allow completion of the fellowship. The Duke Visa Services Office may serve as an informational resource to address this issue, and can be contacted at www.visaservices.duke.edu.
When your application is complete, you will be considered for a personal interview. Our final decisions regarding fellow selection are usually made about 10 months before the start date. Please refer questions regarding the status of your application to Christine Berry.
