Dr. Ferguson is the Executive Director for Virginia's Association for Infant Mental Health and founder of Parenting Culture. She leads community-focused programs that expand access to timely, equitable mental health services for children and families. She's also the co-author of the children's book An Ordinary Day, which helps families use real-life moments to talk with kids about race, empathy, and bias.
