This in-person Researcher Fundamentals session will explore the importance of diversity in the workplace and provide practical tips and best practices for creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment. Topics will include strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse workforce, as well as ways to address unconscious bias and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the workplace.
