Congratulations to Morgan Carter, Neurology Administrative Manager, who was acknowledged by Lindsy Anthony, DUHS Clinical Operations Director, as part of the Duke Health "Celebrating Each Other" campaign:
"Morgan Carter is a resource to so many and she does this with kindness and grace 100 percent of the time no matter the demands being ask of her. Morgan is the operations manager of Neurology and helps with creating logic being visits, providers templates, and daily set ups. When there was further assessment of the front desk PRMO team needed at 1L for growth and support, she willingly came to sit with them and allowed her assistant manager to come as well to provide 1:1 teaching. They devoted 3 full days for training so they could better learn and see what the needs are of the team. None of this is or was within their job duties but they did this to support patient care, to help grow a strong clinic, and increase collaboration between areas. The comfort and knowledge gained from them to the PSAs was invaluable and words can not thank them enough. Morgan sets the tone of her team and I am so thankful to have a management partner like Morgan. She makes coming to work a joy since I know that no matter what we can face it together and create something better that will support not only the team but provide quality patient care."
