Nicole is a Senior Clinical Research Specialist in the lab of Greg Cogan, PhD. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2022 with a B.A. in Psychology, where she conducted research at the Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience Lab (CANLab) on the neurophysiological effects of acoustic resonance and interpersonal entrainment. She plans to pursue a PhD in neuroscience, to explore sensory cognition and information processing at different scales. Her research interests include sensory encoding and perceptual reconstruction, spectrotemporal feature representation, scale-free dynamics, and the functional role of neural oscillations. In her free time, Nicole enjoys discovering new music and local restaurants, as well as spending time in nature.
