Galina GorbunovaWe are delighted to invite submissions for poster presentations at the upcoming NIA-funded Leveraging Existing Data and Analytic Methods for Health Disparities Research Related to Aging and Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Workshop scheduled to take place on March 11-12, 2024 at JB Duke Hotel, Durham. We welcome contributions from early-stage investigators and post-doctorate associates from diverse fields to showcase their work and engage in vibrant discussions.
Topics:
• Blood Biomarkers and Heath Disparities in AD/ADRD
• New Topics in AD/ADRD Heath Disparities Research
• Quantitative Methods for Analyses of Disparities
• Using Medicare Data for Heath Disparities in AD/ADRD
• Place-Based Factors and Health Disparities in AD/ADRD
• Environmental Factors and Heath Disparities in AD/ADRD
• Perspectives in Health Disparities Research
Submission Guidelines:
• Poster presentations should align with the theme of the event and cover original research, case studies, innovative practices, or relevant projects.
• Submissions must include a brief abstract (maximum 250 words) outlining the content and significance of the poster.
• Each submission should include the title of the poster, the names of the authors, their affiliations, and contact information.
• Posters should be visually engaging and effectively communicate the key findings or insights of the work. Required size, if accepted, vertical layout: 26x33 inches (26-horisontal, 33-vertical).

• Deadline for Poster Submissions: February 23, 2024
• Notification of Acceptance: March 1, 2014
