Physician Assistant

My experience with family members with neurological problems and mental illness led me to pursue my career as a physician assistant. I am passionate about mental health awareness and believe in bringing greater awareness to the world and making it tangible. I believe that mental health is just as important as our physical health. I am a commissioned Stephen Minister (SM), who are lay people in the church that are trained to assist those in the grieving process. I am married with four children. I have always lived in the Midwest, so moving to North Carolina was a bit of a culture shock, but I love it! I love spending time outdoors, riding my motorcycle, live music, cooking, animals (especially llamas), and boating and kayaking with my family.
